The Blue Dress

One of my friend’s first thing to say about this dress was that it is so Scottish. Oh well, I can see it too. But for me it’s more like blueness I see and myself in that dress.

I feel it’s boring turning back to the same things over and over again, but why would you give up on something you love? I mean, I would never give up on this blue dress or my favourite blue loafers or my camera or my very old Devil Wears Prada book, but it’s not enough for a happy life. New things are new things, which we own for a reason. The reason is usually because those things make us happy. I’m only talking about objects here. No feelings, no people, just objects. Although you can turn this into a metaphor and just so you know, the same old things are true for people in our lives.

That’s enough emotions for a post, let’s get back to the beautiful dress I’m wearing because I’m an influencer (I still can’t believe that this all happened to me) and I’m allowed to tell everyone and show the beautiful clothes!

Thanks for visiting The Glasgow Gallivanter recently(ish). Apologies for the late reply but I have been away and now have a backlog! Nice to recognise the quadrangle – I hope you are enjoying Glasgow.
